Sisters, it's that time of year again! Get ready for Fantastic Friday. October 14th, 2011 from 5-9pm at the Altisima Building. Please sign-up in the kitchen on Sunday during church (the sign-ups will be available until the week before Fantastic Friday, unless otherwise noted) . These bags are only safe for dry snack foods. Debbie researched the reusable bags and none are completely safe for sandwiches or anything damp unless you also buy a special waterproof material that is not really easy to find and may be expensive.

*Traditional colors used on this pilgrim hat project are white ribbon with gold felt, but you can choose a different color of ribbon or felt to coordinate with your table setting.

1 Bandanna or Tea Towel*
Non-wired ribbon at least 1 ½ inches wide (gross grain works well). Enough ribbon length to wrap around your waist and tie in a pretty bow. This will vary from person to person but a good estimate is 2 yards -
Thread – in a coordinating color
*Tea towels make a great apron, but they will be going width wise so make sure any prints or cute designs work when the towel is turned sideways.
Sewing Machine – please bring one if you have one. If you don’t have one we can share! Please bring scissors.

11”x14” frame with mat with an 8”x10” opening
Either 30 pictures of family/friends (the one Lisa did used 19 pictures, but we want you to have options) OR Greg Olsen prints- 1 package Greg Olsen “Images of the Savior”, 1 picture of the Savior in Red Robe, 1 Living Christ Testimony of the Apostles, all in the 3”x4” size. You can order these from Deseret Book or Seagull Book.

Go to http://theideadoor.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1504 and find the temple you want to print. Must be a laser printer or have it professionally printed at a print studio.
Depending on the size picture you print, you will purchase a block of wood as the backing. You can go to a craft store and see what sizes they have or you could go to a home improvement store and have them cut a piece of wood to the size you would like.
